Order of hoses from vacuum control box to Accord EX 1990 engine[F20A6-] &carb

Mix up in the connection of air hoses from vacuum control box to engine and electric carburetor of Accord Ex (1990. Fuel consumption very woeful:about 3km/litre.
Engine smokes and jerks especially with A/C(not factory-fited). Need help to get things right.
