What do you think? For me I prefer cash since you can control that and you can see if you still have some left.. Some use their credit cards uncontrollably. So there, whatdyathink??

I am going to have to agree with you in that with cash you can only spend what you have. So, in most cases I will spend cash. With some larger purchases, I will use a credit card mostly due to having a rewards card in which I get airline miles. I do always try to pay off my credit cards every month but every so often I will leave a balance so that I have some revolving credit.

yup.. but if you leave some balance it will gain interest right?? I have a friend who have a credit card but doesn't have any interest due because she pays them every month..

The balance I leave is very minimal if any but I do agree with you that credit should be paid off ASAP.

well, i travel around a lot on business, so i find it difficult to carry cash, and converting cash every time i am abroad is also something that i dont enjoy. i try to use my credit card wherever it is accepted

but do you usually find yourself surprused with the billing??? Because if you travel a lot, do you convert first befor buying or what because the currency of course is different. Or do you mean travel locally?

I prefer cash too. I think that credit cards are WAYY to handy to just swipe store after store after store lol. It's almost like when you're using a credit card you don't see yourself as spending money, you view the card as the payment and almost forget that you'll even have to pay for the stuff in the first place lol. I don't own a credit card by the way, I'm too much of an impulsive shopper.

good for you! if you are a shopper, credit card isn't the thing for you.. because you might be surprised one day that you are burdened with so much debt!

Yes I prefer cash of course because I don't want to be in debt. Having a credit card has a disadvantage if you don't have self control:)+

i prefer money only for safety .this money is in hand.without our it is not go to any place.if we have credit card there is lot of chance to lost the money.the number of card and details of the card is enough for stelling the money .after loosing money we could not do any thing.

i prefer cash...when you use credit card, there are times that you tend to spend overboard and not to think of the payment due to your account later..with cash, you can get to spend what your money can buy at the moment..

Yup. Actually what I think the credit card offers is security because you don't have to bring any cash with you...

i prefer to use credit card, mostly because i can control what i spend, and i always pay the full balance on the due date. so i dont give any interest and i get to roll my money for upto 50 days. infact if i plan to make any major purchase i make sure that i make the purchase right after my credit card bill is generated. so i would definitly get 52 days of interest free loan
