Well, things got interesting yesterday as UCLA pulled off a big upset and defeated USC which was the expected opponent for OSU in the National Championship Game. The game will be announced tonight, who do you think will be in it?
I think Michigan and Florida are the two most likely choices. I really think the NCAA wants to avoid a rematch between OSU and Michigan because then if Michigan wins the National Championship game they will claim they are the champions, but OSU will say they should be co-champions because they each won one game against each other and lost one against each other.
Florida defeated the #8 team in the country yesterday in the SEC Championship Game. I think because of defeating a quality opponent and the fact that the National Championship Game wouldn't be a rematch if the two teams played, that Florida should jump over Michigan in the rankings and play OSU in the National Championship Game.
What do you all think?
