Would you move because of a neighbor?

My neighbor is so nosey, always butting her 2 cents in. Always drinking, and very loud. I try to stay away but the kids play outside together. recently I avoid do my yard work out in front unless I see her leave in her car. This is crazy!

We have a neighbor who is such dork. My husband apparently crossed over an invisible line when he was mowing the lawn one day. Our neighbor came outside, after my husband had finished mowing and loudly stated that "he f'n ruined my lawn". This stumped me. How can you ruin a lawn by mowing the grass. Well after a few minutes the idiot brought out his lawnmower and mowed his lawn. I guess the ruin means that you have to mow your lawn so it doesn't appear to be longer than the neighbors and you don't look lazy. This guy never says hello or waves to us when we pass him at home. I remember greeting him while he was coming out of a store one day. I smile and said hello and have a nice day. He smiled back and said hello too. I caught him jerk a bit when he realized that it was me, his neighbor that actually got him to smile. Ha Ha Ha. His wife I believe has agoraphobia. She is home all day. The only time I have seen her outside is on a warm, sunny day. She dons a pink bathrobe and sits in her plastic patio chair close to her house. She does say hello and strikes up a conversation when I am outside. I would like to bring a Christmas basket to them, but not sure that he would accept it. He is a grump. But, truly this has been the best place we have lived so far. It is quiet and peaceful. I have moved from places where the neighbors have been unbearable.

I personally would not take anything over to this house I once was the neighbor who has an open door policy and that came back to bite me in the yoiu know what. Your neighbor seems to use any reason to treat you poorly. So no basket for him! lol The first day we moved into our new house the house that shared a common property line came out and put a string with two sticks and informed us that he did not want his lawned destroyed. What is it with the lawn? People need to lighten up it's grass for crying out loud.

We live in an apartment complex of about 30 apartments and we do not socialize with any of the neighbors. I may smile and say hi if I see one at the mailboxes but I don't make friends. We had some next door that were a little noisy but we just closed up our windows and turned on our air conditioner. They just moved. LIVE IN PEACE
