home for a spastic adult

Hi friends, I am Dhruv Mookerji from Kolkata. My uncle is a spastic and has been living with us for three years, since his parents died. My mother's health is breaking down and my work does not permit me to stay in Kolkata. We are looking for ANY suggestions/advice/information as to where we can find a home for my uncle. Please reply. how can you call your uncle a spastic i hav'nt herd that word for years i am sure with that attitude he will be better in a home and not living with you. there is better words than spastic. i have disabled daughter would never call her a spastic and would knock someone out if they ever called her that.
