the help me in changing XP themes

i have heard that you canchange the XP themes without having to but he plus version, i am sick of watching those three colours, does somebody out here know how do you do it or where can i get more information on the same. if there are any techies out ther please help me out!!!

There are programs like Stardock's Windowblinds, or StyleXP which are programs that can change the theme of XP for you, with huge selections of user-made and professional themes.
