MSG is definitely not good for your health. More than just Chinese restaurants put MSG in their food. Check out McDonalds, etc. Why do you think you crave it so badly after you just ate something from there.

I do love chinese, but only good, real chinese. Where I grew up outside New York City we had the best, but its tough to find other places. MSG, HA!! Tasty.

That's an easy fix. A lot of chinese restaurant don't put MSG in there food anymore. You might be able to buy organic chinese food to which more then likely isn't going to have MSG in it. Don't believe what you see on T.V about organic food. When I can afford to I buy organic food and the majority of it tastes a 1000 times better then the non organic stuff. Just stay away from the tofo cheese. This stuff is horrible to say the least.
