Yes it was Hanks best performnce.This movies was awesome and Tom did a great job as Forrest.People talked about that movie for months.On a personal notr I liked him in Philidelphia too.I loved this movie,I cried and cried

I think it was his best performance but I also like him in the movie Philadelphia. He was great in both movies I think. He is one of my favorite actors as many of his movies are very good.

Philadelphia is one of his movies that I have missed somewhere along the way. It sounds like a good one to rent for this weekend maybe. I loved Forest Gump, btw. I agree that he did a fantastic job.

In my opinion it was. I base this partly on the range which he demonstrated in that movie and partly on the fact that it was such a difficult character to play. Not once in the entire film did I find his character unbelievable.

Personally in my opinion, I like him in the movie, but I do not think this was one of his Best performances. What about Philadelphia? This I feel was one of his best for performance wise. But that is my opinion, and Yes, I Love Tom in almost all of his movies.

I think Tom Hanks is one of the few great actors. He is very believable in all his characters. He is very versatile. Some actor can only play one character. The great John Wayne was one of them. He was the same no mater what he played..

Absolutely! Forrest Gump was awesome, and Cast Away followed closely. The guy's a brilliant actor. He proves that you don't have ot look that great to be a famous movie star.
