What is going on??????

It happens to me too. I think as our numbers get up, and the more posts and responses you get, it is hard to get back to everyone again. Also, a lot of people are still not interested in a discussion, just make money. So they post and never come back to it.

The top user status is just based on teh number next to their name or how many posts they made in one day (depends on where you look). If they really posted that many discussions they may not reply to anyone who responds. Some people post a lot then go back later and respond to everyone who posts to their discussions. They may have responded to what you posted and you just did not get an email notification about it.
