bad cold usually

Why did I usually have a bad cold?

Today morning,I found I had a bad cold when I wake up.I have to stay in bed.It is 5th time I have this matter in the past six months.Every times,I must use two weeks to to overcome it.I use to go to the hospital to do a body's examine,but each times,the doctor always tell me that my health is good.Oh my god,why did I usually have a bad cold?

Do you live where there are season changes? that could be it. Take vitamins mostly c that helps. Other than that you might just have allergys.

You might be allergic to something in the air. Maybe it's not a cold at all.

I do not have any allergy symptoms,the doctor said this is cold.thank your advice.
