i am from india, tamilnadu.i have icici acc. i tried to create paypal acc.its denied. anyone help me ...........how to add paypal acc. i have ABN amro acc also.both i can't create.

i think paypals only for usa and canada if you live in india you got to open a e gold account

for creating a account in paypal first you need any bank account.just sign up for a free personal account there.for verification only you will need of account.i think for indians even there is no need for that and they will even pay you through check.so go to paypal site and just give the id which you are using here.

Please note that you can open an acount with paypal with your e-mail id. Go through the paypal site throughly and follow the instructions.
