Wat u meant by cry? Is it that u can make crying sound or tears?
If u meant sound : Yes you can cry under water and the sound travels much more distance than in air. So people who are in same water body , far far away can hear ur cry ..:D (theoretically) .
If u meant tears : Yes , again you can cry under water.But as tears get mixed to water, no one can see u crying

Yep good answer, I think it would be harder to do the sounds though. You could drown yourself doing that. But as far as tears go, you can do that just fine. :)

Yes, you can cry underwater. The tears will still come out of your eyes but obviously, you won't see them lol.

Yes, crying is epitomized by tears-you dont have to wail to show the world that your are crying must you? In my culture, men simply have tears roll down their cheeks,they dont cry allowed, crying aloud is left to women, they are the ones permitted to show their painful emotions both by wailing and tearing-so according my culture, men can cry very well under water because water does not block tears from coming out-infact water offers the best opportunity to disguise tearing and crying!

I don't think it is possible to cry underwater, even other can't recoganize we are crying or not.
