in india people are divided in castes on the basis of birth.generally people of different castes are not allowed to marry.people can marry in same cast only.casteism is very strictly followed in india.

This is actually interesting. Can you tell us a little more about the different castes? Are they because of what jobs you can and can't do, or are they social or rich or poor?

We don't have a caste system in the US. The closest thing we have would be inter-racial marraiges and those are more common than they used to be.
