sleep eating...do you, or don't you?

i never thought i'd be diagnosed with something so crazy, lol. a few months ago i'd wake up holding a banana peel, or covered in chocolate...i thought hubby was messin with me, so i went to a sleep clinic. they hooked me up to all kinds of gadets and videotaped me. as soon as i hit a dead sleep i was up and lookin for food. how weird is that?! have you ever done it?

my sister does it sometimes. she just gets up, takes something out of the fridge, eats, and goes back to sleep and does not remember a thing and we have a good time laughing.

i had no idea that it was even a medical thing! lol. i guess it can get to the point where you like...make a pb&j out of your phone, or try to cook on the stove. (examples from the doc) you can't cook and sleep at the same time!! that's dangerous, lol.

ive been known to do it a few times, especially since my daughter has been born, i even make her bottles in my sleep sometimes, my hubby has watched me do these things, and he said i always make her bottles right, but ive been known to eat things i really dont like, i think i do it b/c of sleep deprevation
