Im not realy get what you try to ask. but I think you asking about the payment so here is the answer. Minimum payout is the minimum money you want to get paid. if you set $10 but at the end of month you get $100 you will get paid $100. that's all

if you can continue here , you may make minimal payment as $25 . we have to pay the service charges to paypal for withdrawing our amount . if you feel necessary , you can change the minimal payment amount later ...
