Dark Challenge by Christine Feehan. It is a series about Carpathians and vampires. And even though I do not like vampire books, this is a series must read. Wonderful!!!!

The last book i read was "The Fifth Seal" by Bodie & Brock Thoene. It is about Mary and Joseph just before and right after Jesus' birth. I highly recommend it.

Nature Girl by Carl Hiaasen I have read all his books and I am an absolute devotee. Yes, they are irreverant and sometimes violent but there is no one who can portray Florida better than Hiaasen. Believe me when I say that he does not stretch the truth all that far in descibing the denizens of South Florida. I full agree with his views of the environment and the need to contain development. I don't see how anyone who has had their dinner interrupted repeatedly by telemarketers cannot say that they have sometimes had fantasies about revenge that could be taken. I loved Honey for her spirit and resolve to correct some of the worngs in the world. Fry is a marvel as a child caught between divorced parents of varying mental stability. For those who find this book offensive....Lighten up and enjoy the colorful descriptions and listen to the message.
