Have you signed any bond paper?

I am confuded a bit...I have been working with this company from past 3 years and now they have given me a bond to sign and I am really pissed off... Does it shows that they dont trust me after working for 3 years? What would you suggest?

It depends on what is written on the bond. I am sure you would have read the contents of the bond.

I think a bond is alright. It's quite common in my country. But they do give better pay and better health benefits.
