Have you ever seen any terrible accident in which the person has lost his life?

I have seen 3 times and it was worse ..really terrible out of which a person committed sucide by diving in front of a moving train...

i have once, dont know if the blok's alive, he was rushed to the hospital, two cars crahed head on in an intersection, dont really knw what happened, whose fault it was, but it looked nasty!!!
