COOKING OR BAKING? Which one do you like to do(or good at)? / myLot

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE :) - I love strawberry shortcake and I make this lots!

I basically love both but I love baking more than cooking:) I love to bake from cake to cookies and I often make something like strawberry shortcake to Banana bread etc. I don't or never use use any "already made up" cake mix for my baking,It's just not my style..:) I cook lot of stuff as well but baking is more fun.Which one do you like or good at?

I love to bake, especially around the holidays, from cakes,cookies,pies,fudge.

Have you ever just added something to fudge not from the recipe? I have, instead of walnuts i've put in macadamia nuts and made it white chocolate instead. Or added mint extract for that minty taste:)

I will be honest I am not to keen on either lol I do cook though Baking I am no good at even though my Grandma was a Brilliant Baker and cook I am one of these that gets the ready mixes lol I do admire People though that are able to bake

hehe,what's the important thing is to try and sometimes people can't use up their time for just cooking and baking :) It's nice that your grandma was a brilliant baker.in my case I have to say my mom was better than my grandma..lol Thanks for your comment as always!
