For the past 6 months or so, I have been getting a migraine at least once a week. If not every other day. Is there any help out there without being completelys zoned out on pain relievers all day?? Does anyone else have this problem?

I dont have that problem but I have a friend who does and he dosent believe in taking medication. When it happens to him though he drinks something very high in cafeine like coffee, mt dew soda, and he says that helps

Wow okay. Thank you. I've heard that caffeine makes headaches worse. Maybe it effects people differently. Thanks for the comment. ;]

hi, I have suffered daily bad migraines for year. I have been drinking a natural juice and have not had one migraine or headache for 3 years this past October and it's wonderful not to have to deal with that kind of pain. Anyone interested in knowing the name of it and you can get it, please, please email me to rpelley5@yahoo.com. I would love to tell you more about it. Thanks.

Yes it affect normal life especially when i am at work. I cannot even see my computer screen, so i will take off and back to home. I have to postpone my work. We use warm and cold towel massaging on the head and shoulders, that was best releaving.
