How many hours do you sleep? I usually spend 8 hours on sleeping.

Now it depends on what i do by the time o day.If i go to a club i can sleep about 1 hour but usually i sleep about 5 hours

I get only 6 hrs to sleep though it is recommended to sleep at least for 8 hrs in a day

I can usually manage between 6 and 8 hours, but sometimes I find it difficult to sleep, or difficult to get back to sleep once I've woken.
