I write for them every day. And today I won $34 in their Hubpages drawing. But even more than that, it's a great community where people respect each other. Many of them are excellent writers covering a wide range of topics.
I hope to write a lot more for them.

Everyone is looking for a quick and easy way to make money as a freelance writer. I don't think there is one. You just have to put your iron in a lot of fires.
My next goal is to write and publish a book. On Hubpages and other sites, I'm trying to build up a readership. I wish I had some brilliant insights into making a fortune as a writer. Like all freelance careers, you just have to keep trudging along and paying your dues.

hubpages? oh i haven't heard of that until now. i will definitely check it out later. how did you won and what do you write for them. do writers have to send an application to be able to write for them or can anybody contribute articles?
