Maybe you can try seeing a therapist or something? Talking helps a lot.

It's okay honey. I understand completly what you are going through. My mom passed away when I was 12. I am 41 now. It still hurts, though not as badly as it did all those years ago. Your loss is still pretty fresh. Everyone has a different pattern for grief and grieving, no one has the same timeline either. So first of all, be patient and kind with yourself. Know that the pain will ease with time. It will, trust me. Something that helped me was journaling. If you are at all into writing, it is a great release for some of the feelings you are experiencing. You mention prayer. That is also an excellent release and help. I could never have gotten through all I have in my life, it weren't for my faith in God and prayer. Do you attend church? If you do, talk to your pastor or one of the elders,(if your church has them). Talking does help. If their is a local support group for grieving, you can try that also. If you really can't function due to the grief, I would recommend seeking some therapy. Some therapists work on a sliding scale if you can't afford it.
