Fights at School!! Should more parents homeschool?

Check out some of these videos before you answer. I really think my mom should homeschool me. She does not understand what goes on at my shool and on the bus.

The schools really scare me today. I have a 5 year old daughter that I homeschool and I'll be damned if she will ever go to a regular school. You don't find violence like that in schools anywhere else in the world. I don't think that she needs to experience it.

ya i completely agree with this statement.. one should come out of his house n explore the world.. its from scholl where the child learns to know about wat the world is all about.. my opinion students should prefer to go to school n build a homely atmosphere rather than sitting at home within that 4 wall..

I think that if your kids request to homeschool, that maybe it is a good idea to listen.

I think homeschooling can be a great thing... it does stop violence like u've mentioned and it also gives kids a better opportunity to focus more. The only thing is, by homeschooling ur kids I feel that parents are depriving their kids from having the same social opportunities that many other kids have... while there are many bad social aspects to schools there are just as many good things as well.... so I guess u could say I'm on the fence...I think homeschooling can b a good thing but a bad thing as well.

Actually homeschool kids are usually better socialized than children in public school. How is sitting at a desk for hours being socialized??????

Fights are never fair. It is always between 6-10 on one. It sucks.

I depends but i don't like fighting in any sense. It is waste of time and reputation and bad to society.

Sometimes, you don't have a choice. I had 6 come up to me and try and gang fight against little old me. They did not like me because they said I was a white ****. This was my 3rd day at that school. I don't bother anyone.

Is your mom able to homeschool you? I agree the fights are terrible. I wouldn't want my children riding the bus if I could help it. We had fights on our bus constantly and some of the kids were just plain mean. Have you talked it over with her? If she can't homeschool you, could you go to a private or church school?

i think that home school is at times the answer these days cause i agree too many kids are getting in fights more than ever these days. alot of them are just inicent kids that don't ask for nothing. whats the world coming to i ask my-self everyday.
