What are you more addicted to?

Why do I watch the news? I'm a real news hound. But so often it just breaks your heart. Today, I've been hearing how a beautiful little family in oregon/california have been missing for a week. It was bad weather, and winding roads. Two samll children, a young couple. So sad. Are there anyther new hounds here? Which are you more addicted to? News or the web? Or maybe something else.. I hope that family turns up. But usually, they don't.

i always check out cnn.com every day, just because I like to know what is going on in the world, but I don't know why i do it either because it usually just makes me mad or depresses me.

-I like a little humor with my news.. so watch a morning news show, which are usually a little lighter and not as depressing. And you still get the headlines. They've found the mom and 2 kids, from Oregon/California, but the Dad's still missing.

I avoid the news sometime, I hate to hear criminals, accidents or corruption of the government. Sad...sad I am alone and i don't want to be more sad.

I like you am addicted to the news, im addicted to it in all formats, i watch the news daily, i read the newspapers daily and i surf the internet for the latest news daily also.

My husband feels like part of his day is missing if he doesn't see the news and weather. The other little annoying part of this is that he has to watch right thru the credits at the end. That is something I don't get.

web... you can control what time you want to go online,,,. while watching the news is so stiff
