Do you watch tv in your room before go to sleep?

I dunno how say in english ninna nanna,it is for example: when your grandmother sign for you one song for make you sleep when you are kid :)

Yes, I watch T.V. before I go to bed. Sometimes it makes me sleep better, sometimes it keeps me up late because I come across a really good show.
