I have. I bought some Technibond necklaces from HSN. I hate that they don't give millimeter sizes on the chains. They said the chains were substantial and not just pendant chains. And since they were gold over silver, I figured for that price, that could have been accurate. But when they got here, they were pendant chains! I kept them anyway, but now I'm unlikely to shop with them again. Also, I tried to post a comment about them, and it didn't post. Maybe they don't put up negative comments? I have bought hundreds of dollars of fantastic jewelry from Jewelry Television www.jtv.com It is a fantastic place! I highly recommend their stuff. Great values there!

When I lived in the U.S. I shopped a little on HSN, but I mainly liked QVC. They have a website www.iqvc.com I have bought jewelry from them and can vouch for it. They have good jewelry and they have a good return policy in case it isn't what you thought it was going to be. I have no experience with jewelry from HSN though.
