Why do girls go to Beauty Parlour so frequently?

It's a lady thing I strongly believe. Every lady would always want to look their best and have good impression about themselves. I'm sure not much lady would like to walk in public eeky looking. Know what I mean? Beauty really comes within and it's lovely to look gorgoues and cute as possible. A smile would say it all. yeah?

So expensive here in NY compared to where I lived in the south. I had to get my hair color to match my natural color so I don't have to pay so much :(
