i don't know how to rate any response so pls give me some idea for rating a response.

There is no hard and fast rule. Just rate answers as you feel fit. Be generous as it is important to everyone here including you. After you have received a reasonable number of replies, chooce a best resposne as well. Thanks. Happy mylotting !
