Losing the weight!!!

3 years ago a lot of things in my life were turned inside out and upside down. The depression caused me to gain about 60 pounds over the last 3 years...I have tried to lose it several different ways and been unsuccessful. Have any of you been here beofre? What did you do or are you doing to lose the weight?

Have you tried Weight Watchers? I lost 70 pounds so far doing that,it is really just eating less fat and more exercise.The key is you have to exercise.

First, Get your blood tested for diebetis.. Or Any type of deficiency in the diet. Make sure you get enough water 1 out of every 3 americans have depression, and 1 out of every 3 americans suffer obesity and one out of every three americans are dehydrated... Coincidence? I think not. As Body slows down if it is not getting enough water, or exercise... and most people mistake being hungry with being thirsty. So first thing to try I tell everyone drink an 8-12 ounce glass of water BEFORE your meal not during it before it. Then sit down and eat your meal. Not only will it make you feel a bit more full, but it will also help your body cleanse, better. Take care - DNatureofDTrain
