My bad habit is sleeping during day time,i cannot control it..especially after lunch.They said it's not good for health.

i bite ma nails too wen im thinking or nervous!!! i hate it tooo...and regret it later...as ive been tryin to grow ma nails since ages now...but they just wouldnt come out!!! its soo depressing as i really want long nails!!!

My bad habit is I like food very much. Once I start eating I forget about my stomach.
