Why girls dosent prapose first?

Friend i cant under stand every time why boys need to prapose first? why girls not do it first?

i think that it depends on the culture. i propose first sometimes when i was younger! no problem at all to do it.

I think times are changing and women can propose. It ised to be just on aleap year that it was said you could propose to the man, but i'd have no problem at all.. if i ever wanted to get married??!

yes, it has alot to do with the culture in which u were brought up in, if you were born in a more westernised society, of course it would be culturally accepted to propose first however in eastern countries this is almost forbidden
