by increasing your own music volume dont you think you create more inconvenience for yourself?how do tell the difference between a wise man and a fool if you do the same thing he is doing?

i simply ignore them infact i dont allow them to get close to my apartment so that they dont even know what am up to.i hate nosy people.they make other people"s business theirs

Well, I rent this place, I have a very noisy neighbor. A lady with her 2 daughters. At night if the girls dont cry, then the mom will start to yell at them. I work about 10hrs a day and night is my time rest. It really annoys me! But the landlady always handle them, so I dont need to worry.
