Do you enjoy jogging? Do you go jogging?

I really like jogging but I don't do so much, maybe you think I'm lazy but I'm not!! Actually here is so cold and sometimes windy that I prefer to be inside.

I used to be big on jogging and more so running but due to injuries over the past I dont do it outside anymore...when it comes to outdoor exercise I ride my bike or go for walks but indoors I do have a treadmill and will jog on that for short spurts

Yes, I like jogging but the currently the same problem is with me. Actaully I have some gastric problem. Due to this problem I am having a pain in my left leg. And I know that by doing jogging I can feel relief. Anyway I will try and you too..
