How do I know? I have seen Him and He has spoken to me. He has helped me in time of trouble and I sense His presence everywhere. My spirit is the real me, not my intellect or emotions, and my spirit is alive knowing that I will never be alone.

Yes He does, but not in a audible voice. He speaks in my thoughts, through circumstances, other people, the Bible and other books or writings. He speaks in the beauty of nature and the wonder of the Universe

I think that kind of deiant attitude can be very damaging in a world where different cultures have to live side by side.

If that is what you believe that's just great. I feel, however, that we are all the children of God and we, in time, can become as Jesus.

Yes, you are right to a point. But to become like Jesus, we first need to believe in Him. How can we become like someone if we don't know them?

Useless thread. You cannot constrict people to believe in what you believe. It is a problem which every too much religious person has, expecially christians. And I'm talking as a former catholic christian.

I'm not afraid of anything. I just said you cannot open a thread with such a topic. You didn't ask anything, you just have said something you believe as it is a certain point and no one can contest. On the first then, I have to say you this is a forum, and forums are made to discuss about things. Then, I want to remind you that there are tons of people which doesn't believe at the same things you believe in, and they can feel offended or angry for what you're talking about.
