how to make a turbo intercooled diesel faster.

here in the philippines, practicality is the best policy for most filipinos. like for the vehicles, most filipinos prefer to use diesel vehicles as this pick-up's are more reliable and cheaper to maintane. lets face the reality behind those engines. we all know it that without a turbocharger and intercoolers, our pick-up are very slow. but, japanese manufacturers know that people wanted more power. so, they added a turbocharged engine. also, to kill the hot are temperature that is produced by the turbocharger, an intercooler was added. we all know it that if its cooler then its faster.
i own a ford ranger(trekker). and believe me, my SOHC ranger is faster than toyota hilux with d4d engine.
