I have pasta sauce but im sick of it. I was wondering if there were other ways of dressing the noodles. Please share your tips and tricks in the kitchen. I appreciate it. And everyone else will appreciate it that you shared your ideas.

My kids love noodles with butter and parmasean cheese. You can pour any kind of homemade soup over noodles and it tastes great! Chicken and noodles, beef and noodles, turkey and noodles, etc. I sometimes cook egg noodles, add diced ham, frozen peas and a can of cream of mushroom soup for a quick dinner. I hope this helps!

Chicken casserol with white sauce and pasta. 1. Clean and skin chicken. Boil chicken in big pot with bay leaf, onion, pepper to taste. I add alittle basil and oregano. Cook until meat falls off bone, low heat, keep adding water so chicken is never exposed above water. 2. Cook pasta seperately. Cook al-dente (partially cooked not totally soft). Rinse and set aside in cold water to stop the cooking. 3. Make white sauce (I get the recipe off the corn starch box). Preheat oven to around 325. Oil a big casserol dish, be sure to oil the sides. I just use cooking oil and a clean paper towel. Combine all the ingrediants in a big bowel and stir to be sure its all mixed: pasta, chicken, white sauce. Pour combined ingrediants into oiled casserol dish (use a big one) and sprinkle the top with parmesean cheese. Bake until heated and top is golden. That's it! Takes hours, start early, go slow, and your house will smell good all day! Be sure to get all the bones out, and when everything is done, it'll be soft pasta and soft pieces of chicken.

Oops, I ment to write "bowl"! LOL! I forgot to add to cover the top of the casserol dish with foil, and uncover at the end. Or just serve from the bowl, forget the oven, and sprinkle with cheese!
