MY WINDOW WASHER FLUID WON'T SPRAY. THEY DON'T SEEM TO BE FROZEN AND YES THE RESEVOIR IS FULL. THE WEIRD THING IS THAT NEITHER THE BACK NOR FRONT IS WORKING. COULD IT BE A FUSE OR THE PUMP??
