Guava !

I luv the Guava fruit very much and I eat quite often. Some ppl say the seeds in it are harmful to us as it contains excessive amount of calcium and they get collected in our kidneys to form calcium stones. Is this true?

i love guava too its my favourite ftuit but you dont see it often in the uk
