Yes. Some phones will only allow basic internet. No eb browsing or anything. You can just do things that pertain to your phone. And some providers will have full interenet access. Which is sometimes like having a wireless notebook. But I here that way is expensive.

Yes...it is possible and it is very common nowadays...just contact your service provider for help....
