My all-time favorite movie is the Princess Bride. I first saw it while I was in College. I love the humor in it. My 8 year old son watched it with me last week. He loved the fighting in it (of course). I can turn the sound down and quote the movie. I think that I have watched it more than 100 times.

I loved that movie too. I went to see it with a group of 8 friends, and we were late to the theatre, so we all had to sit seperately from one another. I remember how funny it was to hear each other's laughs spread all over the theatre. I'm looking forward to my kids seeing it. My husband and I are always saying "inconthievalbe" as a catch-phrase, and the kids do it too, even though they haven't seen it yet.\ Thanks for reminding me about it.

My husband will say "inconceivable" and I will respond with "I don't think that means what you think it means". Then we both laugh. Our kids think we are weird.

No kids to think my hubby and I are a little strange, but we tend to quote the movie back and forth in public and that does garner a stare or two.

I think that is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. My stepson and I used to watch it alot on cable. It is one of those movies that has two or three layers of humor. I really ought to buy that movie now that I am thinking about it. There are so many big stars in that movie too. Have fun storming the castle!

I thought I was the only one who liked that movie. I have also watched that movie AT LEAST 100 times. As a matter of fact, I think I will go put on the DVD and watch it right now. I like to part where the Spaniard says: “Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya, You killed my Father, prepare to die”. Then the Six-fingered guy, Kach Roga, says, “Stop saying that”, you can tell he is really scared now. A fascinating Movie.

I think the movie has loyal fans. I enjoyed the movie and watched it several times. My son's friends who are teenagers also enjoyed the movie and can quote it verbatim. My daughter and her friends (who are 10) also enjoy and quote the movie. This movie appeals to old and young alike.

I hadn't thought about that movie in a long time. I'm going to have to go to the Movie Gallery and rent it. I know my teenage son would love it. In fact, my seven year old girl would enjoy watching it too!

My 5 year old daughter likes Princess Buttercup's name. She doesn't care much for the movie yet.

The Princess Bride is a story for those who are offered something more than they wish form wanting something less which means more. ^__^

rob riener is a true artist. He brought this book to life. One of the few times I enjoyed the movie much better than the book!!! There was an additional book, I think, called "Buttercup's Baby." Wouldn't it be lovely to have a sequel?
