At what age should a child be using computer or be on net?

My son was 3 years old. Supervised internet use is ok, lots of learning websites out in internet land and there free.

I don't think age matters. If a parent is around and being aware of what the child is doing and taking precautions, it should be okay.

A child should start using a computer after the age of 12.If they start using it at a younger age they become obsessed with it and won't socialize and have many friends because all day long they will either play or surf the net.
