I have a generic George Forman grill. I put meat tenderizer and steak seasoning on them on both sides and put them on that grill. They are done in 12 minutes and as tender and juicy as can be. It also drains the grease for me so I dont have to and my pork chops are healthier. Some times I will put them in the oven and back them. When I do this I put flour all over them, butter, salt, meat tenderizer, and pepper on top of them. I put water around them and bake them for an hour. This way makes them so tender. Now I'm hungry for one. lol

I marinate in a combination of barbeque sauce and zesty italian dressing then either grill or cook in my iron skillet.
I always loved the way my grandmother fried pork chops, they were delicious! But, I'm not as good at doing it as she was.
