1. You need to read the Guidelines before joining a site 2. You should be able to read and write english if that's the language the message board uses. 3. If you violate the rules, it's your fault, you should have read them and understood them. I have people that think they can cheat until they are caught, and only then will they follow the rules. Hey first time you cheat, cya!

You should read the FAQ Then you should have at least an idea of what the site is about After that If you do something wrong one of the member will no doubt tell you If you get deleted then.... Your fault!!
