My brother died back in april and since his death his girlfriend claims she is pregnant.They have other children but before he died he said that the baby was not his.She insist that it is his baby. This puts my family in a bad situation.What should we do.How would we find out if the twins she is carrying are his.

Sorry for the loss of your brother. Is it possible to do a DNA test on the other kids that you know are his? That way you could match theirs to the new babies? I'm not sure if it could work that way - but maybe?

I am sorry to hear about your brother. loosing someone is always hard and like you say this complicates things. BUT it is not impossible to find out, It is just to test the other kids to see if they share the same father.

I dont know if you need to find out? Your brother is gone now and these are the childrens brothers or sisters. I would leave it alone, I don't think it is your place to investigate. The truth in this will come out someday if they are not his. I wouldn't make life harder on the newborns or the other children.
