Coke used to be green??

Coke was originally green. Why did they changed the colour? If it's green would you guys still going to drink it? It would be kind of Yuck don't you think?

Ewww. I probably would have never touched coke if it was green, maybe this is a good thing though because I drink too much coke as of now and maybe if it had been green I would've stood clear of it, making myself a little healthier.

That simply is not true. It has always been a caramel color. It used to be bottled in green tinted bottles which is probably where that "urban legend" from the internet started. well i havn't been to the web before but i got this information off the net. But so many people says this is true and i also confused by that. Why is coke green in the first place,, probably colouring? who knows
