I feel like my ears are going to fall off!!!

This is the second time I have been to the doctor in two weeks with my ears just aching. She keeps saying that nothing is wrong with them, just a bit of reddness only. Could it be a middle ear infection? How do they diagnose a middle ear infection if they can't see what is in the middle? Do they just guess? I am going to go crawl back in bed now. Try this remedy.
Buy some hydrogen peroxide and eyedroppers.
Put some in your ear and put a piece of cotton ball.
This sometimes helps me, although, it sounds like your problem is more severe.

Did they give you any meds? My fiance went to the doctor last week and he had red ear and slight pain. No ear infection. His docotr said it is probably is his sinuses. He is taking Clarinex (like Claratin) for 10 days and using Nasonex for 10 days. He says it is working, maybe you have a similiar problem. You should try taking some Sudafed and use Nasonex or Flonase if you have any.
