Realise that it was over for good between my ex-wife and I, even though I didn't want it to be.

The hardest thing I ever had to do was leave my dying friend in a nursing home after a visit. The last time I saw her, we both knew that it was our last visit. Sorry...can't go on....tearing up now.

The hardest thing I've had to do is to write a letter to my parents. Sounds odd, but there is a reason behind it which I can't go into here. I had to try very hard to be diplomatic, but on the other hand to put my point across in a way that would not be hurtful to them. It certainly was difficult. I sent it a couple of years ago and it did achieved what I intended it to achieve.

I gave my daughter up for adoption because it was best for her. I have never had a more difficult decision to make.
