Are you and your siblings close? Were you always close??
I'm the oldest and the only girl out of 4 kids. We were all KINDA SORTA close when we were younger, but not really. I mean.... we did everything together but mostly cuz we lived in the middle of nothing most of the time. If we didn't play with each other we'd all be whack jobs with imaginary friends. *laughs*
Probably about 5 or 6 years ago my brother and I had a fight. It was all over some girl who he was dating. She decided she needed to show her butt in front of my mother in law and basically all heck broke lose. But .. in the long run ... he figured out why no one liked her and realized he didn't like her either.
BUT ANYWAYS ... there was a huge communication issue as far as what was ACTUALLY said and he ended up mad at me for things that never actually came outta my mouth. But, like I said, in the end... it all worked out. He came over to the house, he hugged me and he told me he loved me..... which were words that were never said in our house growing up.
Then somehow or another ... the same thing happened with my youngest brother. Just ... one day ... we hugged and said I love you. It was like this huge break through or something.
Everytime they come over or I see them somewhere, before we part company, we hug and say I love you. It's just .... it's just so nice for that to happen. I never in my life woulda thought that I would hug my brother and tell him I love him. *laughs as she remembers all the black eyes and the bruises and the I'M TELLING!!!!"

I am not that close to my brother (as he is my only sibling). We were never close but we are less so now. He lives a totally different lifestyle from me. But at least he knows better than to judge my opinions. And I also don't like his wife!! So it puts a strain on things.

I would like to share that Me and my brother are quite shareing with one another and shares almost everything and we are just like friends though she obeys my words as I say.. some time he teaches me something and sometime I did... he can be considered as the best partner in the world

My siblings and I aren't that close but we don't hate eachother either.I'm the youngest of two older sisters and I always found it hard to fit in with them because they are quite a bit older than me. Even now I have a bit of a hard time because they're married with kids and they have a little more in common with eachother than they do with me. I will say though, that we get along better now than we did in our younger days.

We weren't that close when we were young, probably because we're four years apart, we have different interests, plus all the fighting and not getting along. but right now, surprisingly, we are close. We share a lot of secrets and help each one out whenever possible. It's such a nice feeling that as we grow older, the bond becomes stronger. Especially now that we're grown up and we live different lives alredy.
