DEBT?

I am $8000 in debt right now and I already have 2 jobs and it seems like nothing is working. I call the agencies to set up payment plans and they slap me with more late fee charges which is just ridiculous! Any suggestions on how I can make some extra money from my home so I can finally be debt free?
